Bios

Enrique Calfucura is assistant professor at the School of Economics and Business of Universidad Diego Portales (UDP) in Santiago, Chile. He is also associate researcher at UDP’s Institute of Public Policy.

Astrid Martínez Ortiz is associate researcher at Fundación para la Educación Superior y el Desarrollo (Foundation for Higher Education and Development—Fedesarrollo) in Bogotá, Colombia.

Cynthia Sanborn is director of the Centro de Investigación de la Universidad del Pacífico (Research Center of the University of the Pacific—CIUP) in Lima, Peru.

Juan Luis Dammert is a PhD candidate in geography at Clark University and former researcher at the Sociedad Peruana de Derecho Ambiental (Peruvian Society of Environmental Law—SPDA) in Lima, Peru.
