Hernández is a Constitutional and Administrative Law Professor at Venezuela’s UCV and UCAB. He’s a Senior Associate at the Center for Strategical and International Studies, CSIS, and leads research on public debt at Aurora Macro Strategies. He served as Special Attorney General of Venezuela.
