Carlos Loarca
Carlos Loarca is a Guatemalan lawyer with a specialization in international indigenous law, currently serving as executive director of the Asociación Pluriculturalidad Jurídica de Guatemala (Guatemalan Association of Juridical Pluriculturality). He is a legal representative of the petitioners in a complaint against the Marlin Mine filed with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
