María Alejandra Otamendi
Otamendi has a doctorate in Sociology from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and EHESS of Paris. She holds a master’s degree in Global Governance from the University of Oxford. She is an Associate Professor and Researcher at the Gino Germani Research Institute, UBA. She is a member of Amassuru, a network of women working on security and defense issues in Latin America and the Caribbean.
