José Ignacio Hernández
Hernández is a Constitutional and Administrative Law Professor at Venezuela’s UCV and UCAB. He is a visiting professor at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain), the Pontificia Universidad Católica y Madre Maestra (Dominican Republic), and the University of Tashkent (Uzbekistan). He’s a Senior Associate at the Center for Strategical and International Studies, CSIS, and leads research on public debt at Aurora Macro Strategies. He served as Special Attorney General of Venezuela.
